Q. How do I use a Discount Code?
A. Once you have all your items added to cart, go to the checkout and enter the code and click "Apply" if it is a valid code, the discount will be applied.
Q. Ihaven't received any emails to do with my order or my question?
A. Our friendly customer support team aim to answer all emails within 48 hours, however, if you haven't received any emails, please check your spam folder and junk mail as some email service providers may have filtered our emails incorrectly.
Q. What are the shipping options?
A. We only charge a small (and we mean small!) flat-rate shipping fee to send your order (unless rural), no mater the size, big or small, however, if you spend $100 or more, then you will receive FREE SHIPPING
Q. How do I make changes in an order I have already placed?
A. If you are lucky, and we haven't yet proceed your order, then contact us immediately here, and we will do our best to help. 
Q. Why haven't I received any email updates?
A. If you are not receiving emails from us, please check your spam and junk folders first, if you find emails from us there, then add us as a contact to ensure you receive them in your inbox, if not, send us a message and we will look into it.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Orders generally take 7-14 working days to arrive after processing, however, some orders may take longer depending on our international suppliers, customs, local courier services and busy seasons like Christmas which are outside of our control. 
 Q. Will all my items arrive together?
A. In most cases, yes. However because we have a couple different suppliers you may receive a couple items in a separate  parcel.
Q. What do I do if I haven't Received my order?
A. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, then send us an email.
Q. What do I do if my order is defective?
A. Simply contact our lovely customer care team at admin@thelittleoutlet.co.nz and we will do our best to sort the issue with you.
