Refund Policy

 

Refunds 

If your item is faulty and would like to request a refund or an exchange then please send a request along with photo proof to admin@thelittleoutlet.co.nz where we may ask you send back the goods for further inspection.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. 

Conditions

  • you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in original condition & unwashed, no signs or wear and original tags/ labels must be on the product.
  • we do not accept any returns for underwear, socks, stockings, changing products or feeding feeding products because of hygiene reasons - no exceptions.
  • All returned goods will be inspected thoroughly before any action is taken.
  • refunds will not be given for change of mind purchases, delayed shipping outside our control, donations or because a customer didn't read the products description or our Policies.  

 


Shipping a return 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping cost at the date of purchase, will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
