At The Little Outlet our goal is to offer you the best shipping options by reducing our carbon footprint - we achieve this by shipping directly from our international & local suppliers to our customers, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

 

COVID -19 Update

Until recently (Covid-19) all orders typically arrived between 7-14 working days after being processed, however,

With the outbreak of coronavirus around the world, some countries and regions have adopted a series of preventive and control measures. Airlines have significantly reduced international routes, which has caused postal services to be delayed, and delivery capacity has been affected, this affects us as we ship directly from our international suppliers.

Due to this impact, the delivery time for packages has been extended greater than usual, it does not affect every order and delays seem to be random and can take upwards of 60 days to be delivered.

Shipping times

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the supplier for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The supplier and the courier service they use will then process the orders. Total processing time 2–7 days.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse or Suppliers to the destination. After orders are processed, items usually take between 7 and 14 working days to arrive at their destination unless earlier times stated on the product page are applicable.
    Delivery times may be longer in some circumstances due to events outside our control.
